Order Processing

Many products at The Sevenfold Woman are made especially for you after you place your order. Production time is separate from shipping time. Please review each product listing and the information shown at checkout for available estimates.

Orders begin processing after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Rates may vary based on the products ordered, delivery destination, and shipping method.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times depend on production, product availability, the shipping carrier, and your location. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, and other unexpected events may affect delivery.

Separate Packages

Items may ship separately if they are produced or fulfilled by different partners. You may receive multiple packages and tracking numbers for one order.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after the shipping label is created.

Shipping Addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately through our website’s Contact page. Once production or fulfillment begins, we may be unable to change the address.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it. We will contact you about available options before arranging reshipment.

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows an unexpected delay or indicates delivery but you cannot locate your package, please contact us so we can help investigate.

For damaged items, keep the packaging and send us your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for additional details.
